Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I had booked a day use stay for two people from 1 PM to 9 PM. Upon arriving at 1 PM, I was told the room would be ready within 10 minutes. After waiting for nearly an hour, I was told it would be another five minutes. Since there was still no update, I contacted the property via WhatsApp, where I was informed that the room would only be ready at 3 PM. It was then discovered that my reservation had mistakenly been registered as an overnight stay from 3 PM until 11 AM the following day instead of a day use booking. The staff apologized for the mistake and said they would speak with the building manager to prepare the room as quickly as possible. Despite this, we were only given access after 3 PM, meaning we lost over two hours of the day use we had paid for. What was particularly disappointing is that the delay was explained as being due to the room still being cleaned. However, upon entering the room, I found a strange object behind one of the bedside tables. I took a photo of it and am happy to provide it if needed. This raised concerns about the standard of cleanliness, especially considering the lengthy delay. The advertisement also stated that the package included breakfast and snacks. No breakfast was provided, and the snacks were clearly not sufficient for a booking of two people. We received only one Molto, one orange juice, and one Diet V Cola, which did not match what was advertised. While I appreciate that the staff eventually acknowledged the booking error and apologized, no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered for the administrative mistake, the significant delay, the reduced time we were able to enjoy our booking, or the discrepancy between the advertised and actual inclusions. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the poor handling of the reservation, the lack of communication, concerns about cleanliness, and misleading information about what was included in the package. I hope these issues are addressed so future guests receive the experience they were promised.
